Top Chef is in Vegas and welcomes 17 of the countrys best chefs.  
Quickfire - teams of 4 determined by selecting a chip.  Robin draws the gold chip & automatically gets immunity & doesnt have to participate in the quickfire challenge.  Its a mise en place relay.  Shuck 15 clams, peel 30 prawns, clean 5 lobsters & butcher 2 chops from a prime rib.  The blue team wins & they find out that part two could earn one of them $15,000.  You have to cook a dish featuring your mise en place ingredient.  Jennifer C wins with her clam ceviche.  
Elimination challenge - create a dish based on a vice youre guilty of.  They have $150 & 30 mins at whole foods & 2 and a half hours to cook.  Robin joins the blue team.  One person from each team will be on the top & bottom 4.  Dishes will be cooked at Cut, Wolfgang Pucks restaurant.  
Judges - Tom, Gail, Padma & Wolfgang Puck.  
Top - Ron, Mike, Kevin & Jennifer.  
Kevin wins because his dish would be a perfect restaurant dish.  
Bottom - Hector, Jen, Jesse & Eve.
Jen has to pack her knives & go because her dish just didnt taste good.
