The ECB is getting a new role. As of November 2014, the bank will take up the task of European bank regulator. Before it can get to work, however, it needs to recruit new personnel. The ECB will need up to 1,000 bankers and finance experts, and finding them will be a major challenge. Interviews with job candidates are already under way.
