Christmas is the season of goodwill. But being a fund raiser has little to do with goodwill.

They have to make sure there is enough money available for a specific project. We want to find out how they go about it. Elke Boehme-Barz is head of a team of fund raisers for a charity association in Cologne. She works with donors and develops campaigns, as well as making sure the money goes to the right place.
