Main Event 2010 - This leg of Round 1 sees Risto Poutiainen in his brand new ex-Budweiser King Rune Fjeld-owned & tuned Top Fueler, up against Andy Carter in the Lucas-Oils sponsored Anderesen-owned dragster, tuned by Per & Karsten Andersen (no relation). The skies were angrily grey and were laded with moisture; the air was cool and the track temperature was way down on what it was the day before, making tuning to the track a real challenge. At the hit, there was shake & rattle for both drivers and after pedalling, Risto left black stripes from start to finish to cross the stripe in 4.88 seconds at a thundering 319mph!
