I wrote this song a long time ago, as a matter of fact, Spring 2009. I was going through some old demos, and I found this one. It had a catchy chord progression and good acoustic rhythm, but was lacking a decent bridge and other instruments. I decided to revisit it, the song is called "You Today." I've spent quite a few days working on this simple upbeat number. I tried a few arrangements until I was satisfied with this one. It features acoustic guitar, live drums, electric guitar, bass, and two vocals. I tried to keep it pretty simple. I guess it's a song about persistence and hope of finally getting the one you love. :) Hope you enjoy it!
