This is a quick way to cook squid, especially if you want to maintain the freshness of the flavor. Flash cook it for a couple of minutes, mild spices or flavorings and Its ready to be eaten. Squid has a mild flavor and smells of the ocean. Overcooking not only takes away the flavor but also makes it tough. If you do over cook it then it is best to let it cook in plenty of water for another 1.5 hr or so. Try out my recipe and leave me a comment.
