Today there seemed to be a shift in the herd dynamic, and Spirit is no longer being treated as an outsider. I wanted to call them and get a video of them running together- but eagle eye Sprocket (ready to come in) saw me heading out to the barn and tried to beat me to the gate so I never got to call them or frame the shot I wanted. Spirit was suffering with a hurting foot last week, but he seems to be much improved now. Perhaps an abscess.
