Cyclone Bansi reached a second peak earlier today with winds of 140mph, and is now beginning to weaken once more. However, the storm remains very strong and the edge of its eyewall is currently grazing the island of Rodrigues. Heavy rain and tropical storm force winds are possible here, perhaps gusting to hurricane force or worse if the storm dips towards the south, though that is unlikely.
