The National Development and Reform Commission, China's state planner, along with 37 government departments, released a document on Tuesday that lists 38 different punishments for IP violators, starting this month. So how are they going to be enforced? What obstacles continue to stand in the way? Lin Bonan, Managing Partner of Zhongzi Law Office, and from Boston, Jason Chan, Attorney from Seed, Chan & Associates, LLC joined The Point.

John Gong, Professor of Economics at University of International Business & Economics, and from Tokyo, Takesato Watanabe, Professor Emeritus at Doshisha University shared their views.
