Living well isn't always easy. News 13's Evan Donovan struggles to keep his weight down and fight temptation. Rather than telling you all the things you've already heard from doctors, nutritionists, and diet companies trying to sell you on the latest craze, Evan thought he'd share his struggle with you. Evan works hard and he likes to play hard too. Traveling around the world, good food and drinks. Experiencing life, that's how he lives well. As for the day to day, you have seen his coworkers packing their lunches early in the morning. But Evan's idea of snacking is a little more convenient. Eating healthy after work is also a challenge. Growing up in ACC country, Evan's favorite pastime is watching the Wahoos. But sometimes, he likes to do more than just watch. Evan has played basketball his whole live and still plays alot for exercise. He also goes to the gym. But it's the consistency of going every day that he struggles with when life gets in the way.
