People in Portland, Oregon do not handle snow well at all and here's video evidence to support this fact. This drive is 0.9 miles in length, per Google Maps and would normally take 3-4 minutes. I could do it in just over a minute at the speed limit if I made every traffic light green. Instead, adding a DUSTING of snow made my travel time one hour and 22 minutes!! That means my average speed was 0.66 mph. This video is sped up 25 times from normal speed which reduces the impact of how much sitting I did. Watch the clock at the bottom and you'll see. Also if you watch the speed display you'll see my maximum speed was around 6 mph. I did manage to hit 11 mph before turning into the church parking lot towards the end, though but I don't think that counts.
