The Kenya union of post primary education teachers union, has found itself in a tight spot after it released a report on the moi girls high school rape allegations, that appeared to exonerate the male suspects in the case. The report claims that the girls account of events indicates that the victim wasn't raped by a man, but rather was attacked by fellow students
