Heita is a hyperactive kid. He's always running around school, causing ruckus after ruckus trying to prove to everyone that he's manly. Others usually get tired of his antics and simply walk off, leaving him to his own devices. One can only wonder how Rouga puts up with him for as long as he has...

Despite this though Heita never gives up! One of these days everyone will know the manliness that is Heita!...Or so he says.

He may be silly, but Heita has a good heart. He never gets into any huge trouble, until recently. Ever since he found that strange helmet...

Heita on his own is kind of weak (short-range specials, so-so comboability, a completely useless uppercut), but when Captain Falcon takes over, things get MANLY. While he does keep his crappy uppercut, his Heita Kick becomes the Falcon Kick, which has very good range and is great for combo finishers, and he gets two new moves, the Raptor Boost and the Raptor Dive. The dive is good for starting combos and keeping them going thanks to it's juggling, and the boost makes for a good combo finisher (and pretty much replaces his uppercut). Of course, he gets the patented FALCON PAUNCH move, which has big startup time and big damage. If you can get Heita into his Super Mode you'll have a fun time. :)
