Rizal Boulevard Boardwak Dumaguete City. Our relaxing stroll on the Rizal Boulevard Boardwalk trying to get that local feel. It definitely did not have as much aromatherapy as Manila bay and less crowded. We enjoyed it thoroughly although quite short less than a kilometer. They even have that famous Dumaguete foot massage, we had to try it so we went to the Grand Royal Spa in Dumaguete also featured. Thank you for watching.
