Josephine Wanjiru was diagnosed with HIV in 1991, a time when there was little information about the disease. But she resolved to beat the disease, and partnered with others to form the Kenya Network of Women living with Aids, that offers support to many living with the virus.  She not only shares her perspective on the gains and misses in the fight against HIV, but also her own journey of resilience, on this week's Women and Power with Gladys Gachanja.
