http://www.TravelswithSheila.com Are you getting sick of seeing me in a yellow waterproof jacket? It rained a little every day and no one budged from the hotel without one on or in a backpack. Riga had a myriad of "to-see" sights along with the "just for fun" ones. I could spend days browsing cafes and we discovered Kardoman's with the absolute best danish/sweet rolls and considered it an essential part of our day.
