Substance abuse among students at public and private universities, as well as schools this year are still worrying, despite a drop in statistics by about 50 per cent. Selangor Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department deputy chief, Superintendent R. Sundralingam said what's far more troubling is that most of the cases are drug abuse, involving students as young as 13 years old.
