For super easy, I start with the pre-mix dry ingredients so I don't have to shop around for molasses and special spices (everything included in the mix). This vid basically follows the instructions on the package with one modification: instead of no or brief chilling (15 minutes) as instructed, I find that the dough works better if chilled for at least 1 hour before rolling, similar to the procedure for sugar cookie cutouts.
