INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c. lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite)
4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. Chardonnay
3/4 c. vodka
Cooking spray, for pan
Gold sprinkles, for topping

DIRECTIONS
1. In a small saucepan, add Sprite and sprinkle over gelatin. Let bloom, 2 minutes. Turn heat to medium and whisk until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in Chardonnay and vodka.

2. Lightly grease a 9-x-5" loaf pan with cooking spray and pour in gelatin mixture. Chill until firm, at least 5 hours.

3. Turn out gelatin mixture onto a piece of parchment paper. Slice into squares, and roll each in gold sprinkles. Serve.
