It's hard trying to pay for a life coach to help us maintain our sanity, and sometimes some of us can't make it past our hardships and are stuck in a people pleasing, unsatisfied life!
So, from my life experiences I was able to reflect on what I did to surface from the depths of my depressions, and how not to give a...about people's opinion of me; to living a happy life!
