Notes:  Gmaj7 and Amaj13sus4 are the same, except on the A chords you play the 5th string open (A) instead of the 6th string, 3rd Fret (G); the root notes are different.

On the Amaj13, all you do to remove the sus4 is lift your middle finger off the 3rd fret, 2nd string (B-string) while playing the Amaj13sus4 chord.
