I'm a believer that van life is a viable, sustainable way of living. I could be wrong as I don't think there are many scientists blowing the vehicular dweller trumpet..... yet.
What scientists do say, is that eating insects IS a way of feeding 8 billion people with a smaller impact on the environment. 
I reckon we could even grow our own creepy-crawly food in a van! Note, this is NOT VEGAN FRIENDLY. Shit, this isn't friendly at all.
This is every bit as revolting as you imagine, eating CRUNCHY ROASTED CRICKETS.
