Today I want to answer a question: Does music affect lucid dreaming? More specifically, does falling asleep to music affect your ability to lucid dream? It's a question I've had a few times now and so I felt it was deserving of a video to answer. I also talk about the effects of hypnosis, ASMR, and listening as you fall asleep in general on lucid dreaming.
