Person struck, killed on I-275 in northern Kentucky

WILDER, Ky. (WKRC) - One person was killed when he was struck by a vehicle on I-275 Thursday afternoon.

There was initially a minor collision and the parties involved pulled over on opposite sides of the highway.

Police say one of the occupants crossed the highway to exchange information and was hit by another vehicle.

The man was transported to St. Elizabeth hospital in Fort Thomas, but he died.

He has not been identified at this time.
