Villa di Geggiano Chianti Classico 2004 Tasting & Review at Aroma Thyme Bistro. Greggiano's wines are traditionalA in the best sense of the word. Careful farming of indigenous varieties at reduced yields and long maceration's result in a style that is more structured than their neighbor Felsina but not quite as tannic as Castel'in Villa, though similarly minerally. Patience and releasing wines to the market made in this way completes the appeal of truly classic Classico.
