I know some may not like the fact the spotter had his hands around the bar but he didnt really do anything untill the last rep , also if any1 has a vid of some1 around my size (150 to 165 BW) doing that weight for reps I'd deffointly like to see as im feeling very endurancefull with my lifts! weights are x4 45 plates x2 10 tens and the bar is around 40 pound possibly heavier
