In this video Jason shows you how to use slow repetitions. Not only does a person hit more slow twitch fibers in this range of motion, but a person may also find that different muscles get hit altogether for a great overall workout. In this video Jason recommends that people experiment with different rep tempos in their exercises to see which speed works for them. He also advocates the use of slower tempos in order to take some of the stress off of the joints during times of tenderness around the joints or rehabilitation of an injury. If you have problems with joint pain, this could be one of your solutions in your training program. Give it try and see how it works for you! http://www.jasongallant.ca CLOTHING AND APPAREL: http://1011138.spreadshirt.com/customize/noCache/1 FOLLOW ME ON TWITTER https://twitter.com/JasonGallant9 GET THE BOOK AWAKENING WITH ARATHI MA: IN PAPERBACK: http://www.jasongallant.ca/my-book.html IN EBOOK FORMAT: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PBDP006
