19.6 million voters confirmed by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission in latest statistics, could prove decisive in determining the outcome of the August election. The slightly over 19 million figure was arrived at, after IEBC expunged 88,602 dead voters following the recommendation of audit firm KPMG, with Nairobi County leading with over 2.25 million voters .
