But more than just brutally powerful, when you check out the everything from the shine of the bumpers, to the presentation of the engine bay, you begin to realize the details were a priority, too. The right paint can set the tone for the ideal first impression, and this one gets it right. It's the Bright Blue Atlantic Metallic from PPG, and since there's only about 4,000 miles on this whole build, it has the depth to radiate nicely in the sunshine. So this Falcon can draw in attention even when it's parked. And these second-gen Falcons really got the look right. They retained the afterburner-style taillights, and up front, there's a bit more overhang for a more aggressive appearance. And with the full-length Futura trim looking like an arrow pointing this car forward, these were quite sporty compacts. Add to that upgrades like the 408 fender callouts, dual exhaust tips, and iconic Magnum 500 wheels (with Falcon center caps) and this is a well-finished total package...
