Pyro's fallen for the Scarlet Witch, but not the fake on Magneto created by changing her memories. She doesn't remember him, but since they met under awful circumstances that may be a good thing. John wants her to be who she really is, but doesn't want her to remember the pain she went through as a child. Part two Wanda's memories have returned with a vengence, driving her to the point of near insanity, and the only one she feels comfortable talking to is the one who explained who she really was. Pyro. There's something familiar about him, he's sort of like her. Part Three With her returned memories comes the reminder that Pyro did attempt to kill her, and it was him that caused her to be captured and her memories altered in the first place. It's hard to move past that and see him as anything more than her father's tool. Part Four But that's the thing, Pyro was a tool, a slave that had to choice. The more she thinks about it the more Wanda realizes John hurt and suffered against his will too. Maybe he does understand, maybe he's the only one willing to understand.
