Fish for the Future 2007 took place on Saturday July 7th at a fishing dock in Steveston, British Columbia. Over 500 people attended the festival between 10:00am and 3:00pm. This year's featured activities included birds of prey exhibition, local fish species and salmon aquariums, fishing lessons for both kids and adults. The theme was once again conservation, we hope visitors were able to take this message home. The weather was fantastic! We would like to thank all the volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors and participants for joining us this year. Without you, this event would not be possible.
