When we last left off, movie star Fei Long was on the set of his latest movie when he decided to put his career on hold and pursue his training. When it was apparent he wouldn't back down from his decision, Fei Long's friend and co-worker Kung Fu Man told him of a man who lives at the top of a mountain nearby the town they're in could help him train and regain his fighting skill, named the "Hermit of the Mountain".

Determined to meet the Hermit of the Mountain, Fei Long heads into town to get a better idea of where he has to go, where he is "attacked" by two fans of his and their friend. After getting some information from them about the Hermit of the Mountain but before he could leave, one of the girls, Chen-Mao, takes Fei Long to a deserted area, where she tells him they will fight, and if she won, she would accompany him to the mountain. Even though she lost, Fei Long still decides to take her along.

Their journey just beginning, Fei Long and Chen-Mao are ambushed by two thugs in town, M. Bison and Abobo. As their fight with them continues, will Fei Long and Chen-Mao be able to overcome the two brutes that stand in their way?
