Adding custom animation in Power Point. Adding a spinning wheel or log in the PPT.

Create a custom image by merging multiple shapes. Add spin animation to the shape. 

Change the trigger to previous and timing to forever so that it will keep on spinning. 
You can keep this on the corner of your PPT. The use case of this animation may a company logo.
