A great way to set up a baseline diet for which can be changed according to your goals such as building muscle and losing fat. Summary (@ 9:20): - Workout your maintenance calorie intake. - Add 200kcals for building muscle, manipulate this as you progress. - Subtract 200kcals for losing fat, manipulate this as you progress. - Protein intake 1-1.5g per lean lb. - Fat intake 0.4g-06g per lb. - Carbs make up the rest of your calories.
