Fujitaka's "Happy Delivery" machine is an unmanned laundry delivery and receipt machine that can perform all customer service tasks including laundry acceptance and delivery with a single machine, and because the machine can operate 24 hours a day, it can increase the number of customers due to easy access.

The cost to lease a machine is approximately 60,000 yen per month, and the electric utility fees are approximately 2,000 yen per month. Because these fees are significantly less than personnel costs and free up personnel to manage stores, the "Happy Delivery" cleaning receipt machine is now being introduced in a variety of storefronts ranging from dry cleaners to shopping centers and coin laundries.
