Hi guys, welcome back to Red the show where we break down the hottest red carpet looks. Today's look comes from fashion legend, Charlize Theron at the 2012 Human Rights Campaign Gala in Los Angeles, California. 

Charlize, who never seems to disappoint on the carpet stepped out in an all black Acne dress. The all black ensemble can be a difficult one to pull off, but Theron proved she can look stunning in just about anything. 

The dress didn't hug her silhouette, but it did show off Theron's tall, lean stature. The new Mommy kept the ensemble elegant by not adding much in the way of accessories. 

She chose to stick to the monochrome look with black sandals, and a black clutch by Tom Ford. 

For her jewelry, Charlize sported small elegant diamond drop earrings which she matched to a few simple bangles. 

As for her makeup, the Oscar-Winning actress chose to go a bit more dramatic than she did with accessories and sported a dark smokey eye. She lined her eyes with a dark shimmery shadow, and played up the dark liner and bold lashes. 

She paired the dark eyes with a feminine pink pout. And Charlize's hair took the look to new heights with a knotted side ponytail that gave the whole look the perfect finishing touch.
