Review:
This map does not pull punches. There are no "hard" enemies, but those pinkies and spectres make it fairly difficult to plow though. Enemy placement is very well thought out. That door near the exit doesn't actually open all the way (doomguy can run but he can't crawl). Thought that was the secret at first, but turns out it's in the waterfall. I'm guessing you can SR50 over the gap because the Pacifist WR is 5 seconds. I didn't try.
