BACK TO BASICS to hit an UPWARD SPIRAL! (Diet, Exercise, Enjoyment, & Journaling)
Another thing is just taking care of any medical problems you might have. Lately I've been seeing some doctors (both traditional medicine docs AND a naturopathic / functional medicine doc) to try to find solutions to some health issues I have. I've also had some back pain so been seeing this really cool chiropractor. My posture has improved a lot the last couple months. Just focusing on your health and taking the steps and exploring how to optimize your health is soo important. I've seen soo many doctors who haven't been able to help my issues, but the more action I take, eventually solutions start to show up. The process has been taking YEARS AND YEARS though to improve some issues I've had. (Biggest one being pretty serious insomnia and restless leg syndrome.)

Another point is just relaxing and not puting soo much pressure on yourself. Let things flow naturally and build the inspiration coming from the purest place you can. This will probably be a video of its own in the future.

Also, just being in the sun and getting sun feels really good and healthy! If you don't get much sun, make sure to take some vitamin D!

--"The Days Are Going To Pass Anyways": (Really cool video I filmed 2 years ago that I think you'll enjoy. Also pretty fun and trippy watching this video two years later, because the video is about time passing.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BWBluQz8jtg

Funny story.. a couple weeks ago I was wondering what Elon Musk's diet was like. Elon apparently sometimes works 80-100 hours a week and is one the biggest revolutionaries of our time. I was guessing he had a super healthy diet. I found out that he actually drinks tons of diet cokes lol and he didn't seem to have the best diet haha. It's amazing how capable our bodies are. Some people have very poor diets and still seem to function very well! haha and live very happy lives. Always experiment for yourself and see what feels best FOR YOU! Also experimenting at the extremes is always a great way to do it. For example, Go ALL-IN on a new diet for 2 months to see how it affects you, don't half-ass it! That way you can really learn how that new change affects you. Making a big change is more exiting too!

Regarding all the messages I have ever given, I ask you guys to take nothing on my word, but to test the principles and the methods for yourselves and to always think critically. Everyone has their own individualization process. You may be an "outlier". Also, there appears to be a yin and a yang for everything (except God) that work together. Maybe you'll find some concept that will work awesome for you now, and then in the future you'll find that the polar opposite of that concept is what feels true to you! What matters is are you afraid of truth? And are you coming from a truly good place? Always questions yourself!

"There is only one way and that is your way. You seek the path? I warn you away from my own. It can also be the wrong path for you. May each seek out his own way." -- Carl Jung
