Man arrested after breaking into home in Montgomery then demanding money

MONTGOMERY, Ohio (WKRC) -- Police have said that a man on the run caused quite a scare for a woman and her two children when he broke into their home early Sunday morning.

Montgomery officers said that Douglas Alan Brown got into the home on Pfeiffer Road through a rear window early Sunday morning.
    
When the woman confronted him, he demanded money and help to get out of town.
    
After about an hour, Brown left, and officers later picked him up on Pfeiffer Road near I-71.
    
Brown is from Columbus, and police have said that he has a warrant for burglary out of Union County, Ohio.
