Trying to finish the Seven Knights Puzzle is an exercise in patience. I easily have blown through 2000 keys (energy) trying to either get the required heroes to drop, or just qualify for hero selectors so I can get them that way. A rough journey indeed. Note that the odds are reduced for those heroes when you need them. For example I tried to get Racoon for 3 weeks, not a single drop... but as soon as I got him with the hero selector, his ass drops 4 times in one day! So, Netmarble will tell you that it is "random odds" which is complete bullshit. The odds are definitely manipulated, which is rather sad and desperate if you ask me. Good luck.
