Foods We Refused to Eat in Southeast China

http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com Travels With Sheila video'd 40 different dishes that we did eat in Southeast China.along with at least 31 food that we either tasted or did not eat. Most of these fell into the "yuck" category. Seaweed for one. A few foods came with safety concerns. For example, minced pork that sits outside in the heat all day. Many foods had the, "I'd have to be close to death before eating" sign flashing through my mind. Think sea worms. Sea worms are probably very tasty. Perhaps if crunchy sea worms were served and I didn't know what they WERE, I would have tried them. Viewers have commented on how edible snakes, bats and other "things" can be but I just can't bring myself to taste. You probably have more "guts" than I.
