iOS 10.0.3 Released - All You Need to Know

What is going on guys Apple Fox here and today I will be talking about an update that was just released by Apple. It’s version 10.0.3 and in this video I will be showing you pretty much everything you need to know about it, like what’s new but also if you should actually update at all.
The first thing I have to say is that this update is only dedicated for the iPhone 7 and 7 plus. So in case you have any of the older iPhones, you will not receive the update. Even if you have any iPad, you’re not able to update to iOS 10.0.3 so don’t worry if you don’t see the prompt to update cause it’s OK.
When taking a look at the update, you can see that the description doesn’t say much about it but there stands that iOS 10.0.3 fixes bugs including an issue where some users could temporarily lose cellular connectivity.
To be honest I have never experienced anything like that but it’s great that it’s already fixed. Even though it has not happened to me but at least I know it shouldn’t happen in the future.
What could be the problem with the connectivity? Well it could happen that you completely lost your service for no reason and that can be really annoying especially if you want to make some phone calls at that certain point of time. This is supposed to be fixed in this version. No other bugs fixes are included in this update. I mean this version is only focused on fixing that particular issue.
When talking about the size of the update, it’s pretty small, it’s just about 100 mb. And also considering that it’s 10.0.3 we can’t expect to see there new features. The update is quite surprising, I honestly didn’t see it coming, but it’s great Apple is trying to fix things while we’re waiting for the iOS 10.1
So now let’s take a look at the capacity of my iPhone 7 before and after updating to 10.0.3, so as you can see this is a screenshot I took before updating and the capacity is 27.85 gb on the 10.0.2 and it hasn’t changed but take a look at the available storage. I don’t know why but I gained couple hundred megabytes back which doesn’t happen very often, especially when installing such a small update. But it’s definitely great.
So should you update? If you have an iPhone 7 that is required then there is no reason why you shouldn’t go ahead and install the update. It fixes a bug you may have experienced and it’s not a huge update that would take ages to download so there is no reason to hesitate with updating.
Thank you guys so much for watching and I honestly hope you like this video. Don’t forget to check out my other videos and also subscribe if you don’t want to miss anything. I hope you are having a great day and see you in the next video.
