Sime Darby Plantation Berhad launched its Operational Excellence and Innovation Business Management Strategy 2.0 on Friday, to further drive continuous improvement in operational excellence and productivity.

The strategy is a follow-up to the success of the Lean Six Sigma, LSS Business Management Strategy launched in 2013, to achieve operational excellence in terms of cost-savings, cost avoidance and improved revenue generation, derived from implementing various projects across the company.
