The Junk E-mail Options in Outlook 2013 lets you decide how aggressively you'd like the SPAM filter to work. The higher you set your SPAM filter options, the more likely Outlook will accidentally label legitimate e-mail as SPAM. You can also create a Safe Senders list to control who can e-mail you, at all.
