Today we go little non-traditional with what we do with our BBQ baby back ribs, we put them in some egg egg rolls. To do this we took some left over baby back ribs that we had taken off of the bone, some cole slaw, some diced up pickles, and finally some BBQ rib rub to be our inside of our egg roll. Once we had all of those ingredients in the wrapper we rolled it up and sealed it using water. Next, once our deep fryer came up to temperature we put the egg rolls in the oil and let them cook for about a minute or until golden brown. We made sure to turn them if needed so they would cook evenly on both sides. After that minute with pulled them out and let them rest on some papertowels towels to absorb any extra grease. After that it was all over but the eat'n. We served these with BBQ sauce and a peach-mango preserve play on duck sauce, the recipe is below, and that was it. Thanks for hanging out, till next time y'all take it easy. peach-mango sauce: 2/3 cup of peach-mango preserves 3 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar 2 tablespoons dijon mustard if it doesn't have enough of that duck sauce taste at this point try adding a little more dijon mustard
