There are all types of hazard out there on the open road. From nails in the road to traffic jams, we can't predict them all. We can prepare for them. In this video I'm going to show you the essential items, I keep in my car for emergency situations. Keep in mind that everyone's climate is different so pack accordingly to keep yourself safe and ready for those just in case moments In this video I'm driving a Kia Optima Hybrid. It gets me from A-B safe and efficiently because we like to protect the environment as much as possible here at Mixon Fitness and I don't want Captain Planet turning me into a tree;) I hope everyone got a lot of take-aways from this video. Traffic is long and the road is even longer. Most car are super efficient when it comes to milage. Why stop for a snack when you have one in your car Handy Wipes: For those what the hell did I just touch moments Pen and Pad: Its old school but you never know when you need to jot something down real quick. Always back up the back up Change of clothes: For those oops moments. Believe it or not, we eat a lot in our car, its always good to have a change of clothes just in case we make a mess. Items in my car; 1. Bubble Gum 2. Sun Glasses 3. Tissue Paper or 4. Pen and Paper 5. Water 6. Pop Tarts 7. Gym Bags 8. Blanket 9. Shirt 10. Pants 11. Tooth Paste 12. Tooth Brush 13. Floss 14. Deodorant 15. Underwear 15. Emergency Care Kit Related Items: Spare tire, Car Jack, Jack, Flash light, Cell Phone, Battery, Charger, Car Charger, Battery Charger, Cones, Hazard Cones, Food, Lotion, Diapers, Reading Glasses, Tampons, Eye Drops, Contact Cleaner, Car Spray, Air pump, Jumper Cables, Tools, Wrench, Screwdriver, Lights, Rim Lock, tire pressure gauge, duck tape, flares, maps, first aid kits. bra, panties etc It may sound like a lot but it will fit nice and easy in a sturdy bag in your trunk.
