Be very vary of a person who makes too many promises  and yes breaks them. 

Be careful of the person who is in love with himself, who has to take care of himself more than anyone else - in other words - a Narcissist. 

It is very important to be away from someone who is a cheater. Remember - once a cheater - forever a cheater. You cannot change such people ever. 

Last if not the least - keep away from someone who has to include drama into every part and aspect of their life.
