Athletics Kenya has a selection headache in the 800 metres with 5 athletes picked in the 4 slots available. It remains to be seen which athlete will be dropped with reigning World Champion David Rudisha, and 2016 Diamond League winner Ferguson Rotich right in the mix. Team Kenya athletes, who include reigning javelin champion Julius Yego and 1500M Olympics gold medalist Faith Chepngetich will join residential camp on July 9th to 30th, before proceeding to London to defend the world title won in Beijing, China.
