Nakom Pathom is famous for crispy pork (sorry vegetarians) and Tang Ha Sing Restaurant had been run by the same family for three generations. A majority of Thai pork comes from this region and you really need a guide or local to steer you in the right direction. Tang Ha Sing was definitely in the right direction with the most delicious and crispy pork along with extremely yummy satays and peanut sauce.
