how to make beef and broccoli, simple and easy to cook, 2 tsp of cooking oil, 12 oz of sliced beef, marinated with 2 tps of egg beaten and 2tps of cornstarch, 2 cups of broccoli, keep the pan hot, 1 tsp of ginger, 1 tsp of garlic, 2 tsp of sake, 2 tsp of hoisin, 2 tsp of oyster sauce, 2 tsp of soy to taste, drizzle sesame oil. add 2-3 oz of water …… best to serve with rice.
